Initial Site Visit $1,000.00
Due before first on-site visit happens. Non-refundable
If we do the project, this fee will be deducted from the overall charges.
Includes on-site consultation, Creation of initial, hand drawn, project plans, and taking detailed measurements.

Design Services Deposit 10% of estimated project cost. we will creatw a full 3D computerized design of the project. The amount of the Design Services Deposit will vary, depending on the complexity of your project. We will compute this after digestig the reslts of the on-site consultation. After the design is complete we can build it, or you can take the design to another developer of your choosing.

Pre Start of Construction Deposit 40% of estimated project cost
Due at least thirty (30) business days before major construction begins.
After receipt of Pre-Construction Payment our team will start preparing the site, including detailed on-ground markups, and material deliveries.
Late payment will cause project delay, up to and including complete rescheduling of project.

Intermediate payment Deposit 40% of estimated project cost
For outdoor living environments, including swimming pools: Five (5) business days before shotcreate.
For landscaping / general outdoor landscape projects: At an intermediate point, determined on a per-project basis.
Late payment may result in total stop of construction until payment is received.

Final Payment 20% of project cost.
Due within five (5) business days of passing Final Inspection.
Late payments will accrue a 10% per month interest charge.
