The Steps to get started creating your Outdoor Dream

Let us know about your vision

Read the Project Steps defined below, then fill out the Project Description Form at the bottom of this page.

Schedule an Initial Phone Consultation

After we receive the Project Description Form we will contact you wthin five (5) business days. We will discuss the Project Description Form to get a better understanding of your project's needs. We will answer any questions you have. If you decide to carry on with the project, we will schedule an Initial Site Visit.

Initial Site Visit

We will spend several hours on-site visiting with you, and talking about your dream for the space. The best way to design a project is to discuss it with you while we are at the site. We will take notes and hand draw some pictures to make sure everything you want is in the design. If there is a overall theme you would like the pool to have, let us know. We will make the detailed decisions with your theme in mind.

Before leaving, we will make sure you understand our process. You will get a hand drawn first draft of the design, as well as a rough estimate of cost and construction duration.

In order to have a meaningful site visit, we need certain information sent to us before the visit.
  • Pictures of the complete property
  • Site plan, or survey, of the complete property
  • If there already is a pool on site, send pictures of it
  • If you are inspired by something we should keep in mind while creating the project, send a picture of it

As part of the design process, we will contact all State and County agencies to insure the design conforms to all zoning laws and other construction requirements. Once we have all the pictures and government requirements, we will commence creating a detailed, 3D, design for the project. The design step typically takes about eight (8) weeks.

Develop Detailed Design

It is important to make sure the site is capable of supporting the project you would like to build. The next step after design approval is getting a geothecinal engineering report about the soil and land. WE want to make sure the earth at the site can support your dreams.
